Black X-Wing from the upcoming STAR WARS- THE FORCE AWAKENS MOVIE

I am a huge fan of the Star Wars franchise/culture/world and I cannot wait for the sequel of the original trilogy that comes out on December 18th worldwide. I have a couple of SW models and this is the latest of my collection. It's a Revell Easy kit with sounds and I really enjoyed buliding this one and cannot wait to buy another from the series. Autumn Talk -aircraft diorama

Another aircraft diorama that I made in the past. This is HANSA-BRANDENBURG B.I by legato kits in 1:72 scale. This was a lot of fun, the tree was completly made from scratch but the model needed some modifications. Here are the photos:

My very first post on my blog! The vignette is 1/72 scale with diameter of 6cm. The solider and a dog are from the old pack of Revell figures. The base was made on the old cover of mustard dishes. I love to work with natural elements to achieve the wanted realism, that's why I used real wood,rocks and soil. The house was made from the balsa wood and then covered with a putty. I used AK paints and washes. For the reference photos I used photos from ruined city of Saint Lo in 1944. I am very happy with the result because this was the first time I built the ruins on vignette. Here's the result!

MOSON MODEL SHOW 2015 photo report

This weekend I was in Moson Hungary on the biggest model contest. It was just amazing, so many perfect models, a lot of exibitors and visitors and of course I rather not talk about the shops, the stock of the shops was just amazing and you could spend a lot of money on everything, I was on a really low budget so I bought only a few things for the dioramas. All in all I had a great time there and Im coming back next year.. with more money and models. I was competing here for the first time but there was a lot of competition so maybe more luck next time.
