ABANDONED KING TIGER part 5

Slowly finishing the model. I had some fun with MIG ammo washes and pigments. I did some work on the base. I decided to do some mud instead of the snow, be cause I wasn't happy with the realism of the snow. That's it for now, next post are the photos of the finished model.

Small update on the tiger. I painted the numbers. The numbers should be a little smaller but I couldn't cut it with the plotter. Also the panel lines recieved some wash with the MIG AMMO's AFRIKA KORPS WASH.

In this step I used the water and a brush to make the paint chipping(that's why we applied the worn off effect fluid earlier).  Then I applied another coat of Worn off effect fluid, painted the whole model in white and repeat the proccess with water and brush.  To soften an entire model I applied a coat of MIG's WINTER CAMOFLAGE FILTER to soften the contrast a bit. The model looks a bid odd at the momment because that is the base CAMO, now it's time for the markings and weathering!
